Welcome to the 2017 Pacific Symposium on Pulsed Power and Applications! Hawaii serves as a convenient location between the US and Asian main lands, and is intended to provide more intimate opportunities for social and technical interaction than similar Plasma and Pulsed Power Conferences between the American, Japanese, Chinese and Korean communities.
